Returns and refunds

To start a return or refund, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. Full details are in our Refund Policy, and your Australian Consumer Law rights always apply.

Support hours and response times

We are open Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm AEST (11:00am to 7:00pm NZT), excluding New Zealand public holidays. We aim to reply to every enquiry within 1 business day. As we are based in New Zealand, a message sent late in the Australian afternoon may be answered the following morning our time.
